Zac Brown's Southern Ground Artists record label has announced three new label partnerships.

The label has been independent for the last year, but Brown announced new partnerships with Universal's John Varvatos Records, Big Machine Label Group and Republic Records backstage at the iHeart Radio Festival on Friday (Sept. 19).

According to Billboard, the deal will include all of the artists signed to Southern Ground Artists, as well as future Zac Brown Band albums. ZBB and Southern Ground had previously been distributed via Warner Music's Atlantic Records.

“I think we got the dream together,” Brown tells Billboard. “I sought out John because of his execution as a brand master with Varvatos -- I don’t think anyone’s in his league or arena in what he does. And the horsepower [Republic and Big Machine] have in what they’ve done and to have all this together is a huge deal. It’s a big day to get it together, and an evolution of the band continuing to grow and to better ourselves.”

Zac Brown Band's next project is tentatively scheduled for a spring 2015 release.
